A down on his luck homeless man (Peter King) applies to be the caretaker on the premises of a mysterious woman (Asteria Jade) that only leaves her room at night. He maintains and cares for the property, until one night her true nature is revealed. After being forced to make difficult choices and question his morality, Peter is faced with one final choice that determines the fate of many.
